KegelFlow ("the App") is provided by devXagency ("we", "us"), under its devX Apps program. Contact: contact@devxagency.com
1. SUMMARY
KegelFlow does not require an account. Your workout progress, streaks, settings and reminders are stored only on your device. We do not run our own servers and we do not collect your name, email or health records.
2. DATA STORED ON YOUR DEVICE
Session history, streaks, selected program, preferences, and reminder times are saved locally on your phone. We cannot access this data. Deleting the app or using "Delete all my data" in Settings removes it. If you use the backup feature, the file is saved where you choose.
3. ADVERTISING (GOOGLE ADMOB)
The free version shows ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID), IP address, and ad interaction data to show and measure ads and to prevent fraud. Where required (EEA, UK), we ask for your consent through Google's consent form, and you can change it in Settings. You can also reset or opt out of personalized ads in your Android settings. Premium subscribers do not see ads.
4. PURCHASES (GOOGLE PLAY BILLING)
Purchases are processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment card details. We only receive confirmation of whether Premium is active.
5. NOTIFICATIONS
If you allow notifications, the App schedules reminders locally on your device. Notification text is kept neutral.
6. VOICE COACH
The optional Voice Coach uses your device's built-in text-to-speech. No audio is recorded or sent to us.
7. PERMISSIONS
Notifications (reminders), vibration (cues), internet (ads and purchases), and advertising ID (ads).
8. CHILDREN
KegelFlow is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed at children.
9. HEALTH DISCLAIMER
KegelFlow provides general wellness and fitness information only. It is not medical advice and does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Consult a doctor if you have pain, an injury, are pregnant or postpartum, or have a medical condition.
10. DATA SHARING AND SECURITY
We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with Google (AdMob and Google Play) as described above. Local data is protected by Android's app sandbox.
11. YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on your location (for example GDPR/UK GDPR), you may have rights to access, delete or restrict processing of your data. Since we hold no personal data on our servers, you can delete everything by clearing app data or uninstalling. For privacy questions, contact contact@devxagency.com
12. CHANGES
We may update this policy and will change the date above. Continued use means you accept the update.
